EPDM Roof Overlay & Exterior Upgrades
At 42 Attawan, SeaCoast Roofing installed a fully adhered Elevate 60-mil EPDM roofing system over new 1-inch polyisocyanurate insulation, retaining the existing roof beneath. The crew built new perimeter blocking and installed new edge metal and flashing at walls and roof penetrations for a clean, watertight finish.
The project also included exterior upgrades: new white aluminum fascia, 5-inch K-style gutters, gutter guards, and replacement downspouts. The work is backed by a five-year workmanship warranty.
