The 24 Vienna Lane project required full coordination around an existing rooftop solar system. Our team managed the removal of all solar rails and racking hardware while licensed electricians handled the electrical disconnect — allowing us to strip the roof to the plywood deck and install GAF Timberline HDZ architectural shingles with full ice and water shield, new drip edge, ridge caps, and continuous ridge ventilation. New gutters were installed, then the solar system was fully reinstalled and re-energized, returning the home to complete operation.
