The 25A Second Avenue project in Westbrook involved a full replacement across both pitched shingle sections and flat roof areas. On the pitched sections, existing shingles were torn off to the deck and GAF Timberline HDZ architectural shingles were installed with full ice and water shield, new drip edge, ridge caps, and continuous ridge ventilation. Flat roof sections received a new EPDM rubber membrane system, with all transitions between the two systems carefully detailed and sealed for a fully watertight result.
